We would like to inform you of an outage on the NGIS production environment, to implement some planned infrastructure upgrades. The outage will be on Wednesday, 06 November 2024 from 17:00 (GMT) to 21:00 (GMT).

Please note that the NGIS applications will be unavailable in the NGIS production environment during the advised timeframe.

If you have any queries about what changes will be implemented in the planned window please contact the Genomics England Service Desk.
