Dear all,

We would like to inform you of an outage in the NGIS production environment, for planned maintenance and to implement software releases to Congenica and Cancer DSS. The outage will be on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 from 17:00 (BST) to 21:00 (BST).

The main changes in the CDSSv6.19.0 release are:

- Displaying the 100k frequency results in the variant details page
- Bug improvements

The main changes in the Congenica v4.2 release are:
- Exomiser Upgrade
The platform’s variant prioritization pipeline has been upgraded from Exomiser v12 to v14.1.
- HPO Reference Dataset Update
The internal Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) database has been updated to the 2025-11-24 Release. The platform now supports searching and submitting all HPO terms included in this version.
- Bug Fixes

The CDSSv6.19.0 Release Note and Congenica v4.2 Release Note are available in the 'GEL Release Documentation' folder in NHS Futures.

Please note that all NGIS applications in the NGIS production environment are unavailable during this timeframe.
