NGIS Production Environment: Maintenance and Cancer DSS v6.13.0 Release Notification

Dear all,

We would like to inform you of planned maintenance and a software release for Cancer DSS in the NGIS production environment. CDSSv6.13.0 will be released on Wednesday, 22 October 2025 from 17:00 (BST) to 21:00 (BST).

The CDSSv6.13.0 Release Note is now available in the 'GEL Release Documentation' folder in NHS Futures.

The main changes in the CDSSv6.13.0 release are:
- Improvements to alerts
- Updates to colours used for SVs/CNVs on the plots and variant list page
- Case archiving changes
- Ability to add circos plot to the GTAB page

Please note:
- All applications the NGIS production environment will be unavailable during this timeframe.
- We are pausing our bioinformatics pipeline to migrate Rare Disease jobs to a new orchestration tool. Due to the pause, there may be a delay in cases appearing in the Interpretation portal.
