NGIS Production Environment: Maintenance Notification

We would like to inform you of an outage on the NGIS production environment, to implement some planned changes. The outage will be on Wednesday, 26 August 2026 from 17:00 (BST) to 21:00 (BST).

Authentication-related changes will be made to the Test Ordering Application from 17:00 (BST) on Wednesday 26 August 2026. Please ensure you are logged out of the application by this time.

Please ensure that you clear your cache/history when you first log on, after this change.

Please note that the NGIS applications will be unavailable in the NGIS production environment during the advised timeframe.
