Dear Users,
We would like to inform you of a planned release being deployed for CloudOS.
SW 5.6 Lysine Release will be deployed on Thursday, 19 June 2025 between 09:00 (BST) and 18:00 (BST).
Please note that we cannot ensure the normal functionality of the CloudOS application during this time.
This release will include a number of new features for CloudOS, including: Workspace Management where Workspace Admins can set user storage cost limits, and when these limits are reached, users will receive notifications and be unable to upload files, launch new analyses, or resume sessions. Advance Analytics where improvements have been done on the monitoring page, users can locate parameters in the schema and filter the schema view. File explorer where users can now preview .docs and .xlsx files directly in File explorer. Target ID where users can perform post-GWAS analyses on summary statistics from the GWAS catalog.
You may need to clear your browser cache within the AWS Workspace to see the changes that have been applied in the release.
