Dear Users,
We would like to inform you of a planned release being deployed for CloudOS.
SW 5.4 Histidine Release will be deployed on Thursday, 24 April 2025 between 09:00 (GMT) and 18:00 (GMT).
Please note that we cannot ensure the normal functionality of the CloudOS application during this time.
This release will include a number of new features for CloudOS, including: 1. New File explorer and search analysis results within File explorer. 2. Workspace Management - API Authentication update will use expirable API tokens instead of permanent API keys. 3. Data Science - Link folder folder by S3 link where users can now manually input the S3 folder path to quickly stage their data in their Interactive session with Amazon's Mountpoint. 4. Advanced Analytics - using the “import” button to add any public tools to your workspace going forward. 5. Data Factory - Workflows generating data for downstream analyses can be found in Data Factory Omics ETL.
You may need to clear your browser cache within the AWS Workspace to see the changes that have been applied in the release.
