We would like to inform you of a planned release being deployed for CloudOS.
SW 6.3 Cedar Release will be deployed on Thursday, 19 March 2026 between 09:00 (GMT) and 18:00 (GMT).
Please note that we cannot ensure the normal functionality of the CloudOS application during this time.
This release will include 8 new features for CloudOS, including: Data Science -Publish RShiny apps from RStudio: You can now publish RShiny web apps directly from your RStudio session into your workspace. Once published, the app becomes available as a new interactive session type, making it easy for others in your workspace to launch and use. Advanced Analytics -Parameter Files for Nextflow Pipelines: Users can select a params file to define pipeline parameters when running a Nextflow workflow, enabling easier reuse and standardisation of configurations. -Default Batch Queue Update: All workspaces now include a default batch queue optimised for cost and scalability, to improve job reliability and performance.
