Dear all,

We would like to inform you of a planned software release for the NGIS UAT environment.

Mira - (NGIS version 1.42.4) will be released on Thursday, 21 March 2024 from 10:00 (GMT) to 17:00 (GMT).

The Mira Release notes are available in the Forward Schedule of Change portal.

The main changes in this release are:
- Cancer tiering refactoring
- Dragen v4 for RD
- Tumour First / Germline Late
- PanelApp Data changes
- GRM Update
- VIL Improvements
- Prioritise variants in known disease associated non-coding genes (non-MT)
- Decommission of BSVI (User access to BSVI in the UAT environment will be removed)

Please note that the NGIS applications will be unavailable in the NGIS UAT environment during the advised timeframe. There is no impact to the NGIS production environment.
