NGIS Production Environment: Maintenance and Congenica v4.0.1 Release Notification

Dear all,

We would like to inform you of an outage on the NGIS production environment, to implement some planned changes and a software release to Congenica. The outage will be on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 from 17:00 (GMT) to 21:00 (GMT).

The Congenica v4.0.1 Release Note is available in the 'GEL Release Documentation' folder in NHS Futures.

The main change in this release is:
- Improved internal logging and pipeline retry logic particularly around 50x errors

Please note that all NGIS applications will be unavailable in the NGIS production environment during the advised timeframe.
