Dear Users,
We would like to inform you of a planned release being deployed for the Cloud-RE (Cloud OS).
SW 4.3 Oram Release will be deployed between 09:00 (GMT) and 18:00 (GMT) on Thursday, 14 March 2024. Please note that we cannot ensure the normal functionality of the CloudOS application during this time.
This release will include a number of new features for CloudOS, including:
Data Science (cohorts, pipelines & interactive) - GRCh38 is set to the default genome option in System Tools. - Federated cohorts can be implemented (NHSE Driver/Connect). - Users can select a federated cohort and submit a federated system pipeline job with its data as input, get its status, and view the aggregated results.
Advanced analytics (File explorer & batch) - Users can now assign longer names to the Project Name field with a character limit increase. - Users are able to submit NextFlow jobs with batch executor from the UI.
General - Minor bug fixes
You may need to clear your browser cache within the AWS Workspace to see the changes that have been applied in the release.
