NGIS UAT Environment: Cancer DSS v6.13.0 Release Notification

Dear all,

We would like to inform you of a planned software release for Cancer DSS in the NGIS UAT environment. CDSSv6.13.0 will be released on Tuesday, 16 September 2025 from 10:00 (BST) to 14:00 (BST).

The CDSSv6.13.0 Release Note is now available in the 'GEL Release Documentation' folder in NHS Futures.

The main changes in the CDSSv6.13.0 release are:
- Improvements to alerts
- Updates to colours used for SVs/CNVs on the plots and variant list page
- Case archiving changes
- Ability to add circos plot to the GTAB page

Please note that there is no impact to the NGIS production environment during this timeframe.
