Dear all,

We would like to inform you of an outage on the NGIS production environment, to implement a software release to Congenica. The outage will be on Wednesday, 11 March 2026 from 17:00 (GMT) to 21:00 (GMT).

The Congenica v4.1.1 Release Note is available in the 'GEL Release Documentation' folder in NHS Futures.

The main changes in this release are:

- IVDR certification
The Congenica Rare Disease Platform has officically been CE Marked under the In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation
- Clinvar update to version July 2025
The Congenica reference database is updated to the July 2025 release, adding over 1.3 million new variants to the platform
- Support for multiple tiering events per variant
Support for the display of multiple tiering events for a single variant within the same gene panel
