We are pleased to notify you that the Genomics England’s WEKA storage system has successfully been upgraded from version 4.1 to 4.2 as planned.
Following the upgrade, all NGIS applications in the NGIS production and UAT environments have been reinstated except for access to Congenica and BSVI.
Congenica will be reinstated from 13.00 (GMT) onwards tomorrow, Sunday, 24 March 2024 and BSVI from 09.00 (GMT) on Monday, 25 March 2024.
We apologise any inconvenience the planned outage might have caused you and thank you for your patience.

To perform the update, we would like to inform you of an outage on the NGIS production and UAT environments. The outage will be from today, 22 March 2024, 21:00 (GMT) to Sunday, 24 March 2024, 21:00 (GMT).
Please note that all NGIS applications except for Test Ordering, CSV submission and MI Portal will be unavailable in the NGIS production and UAT environments during the advised timeframe.
