NGIS Production Environment: Maintenance and Cancer DSS v6.11.0 Release Notification

Dear all,

We would like to inform you of planned infrastructure upgrades and a software release for Cancer DSS in the NGIS Production environment. CDSSv6.11.0 will be released on Wednesday, 23 July 2025 from 17:00 (BST) to 21:00 (BST).

The CDSSv6.11.0 Release Note is now available in the 'GEL Release Documentation' folder in NHS Futures.

The main changes in the CDSSv6.11.0 release are:
- Ability to review refseq MANE select and clinical transcripts for SVs/CNVs
- BAF plot resolution improvements
- Ability to select GTAB PDF and display in draft and final status with corresponding disclaimers -Providing the ability to add interpretation to TMB and MS plots and add these to the GTAB page

Please note that all applications in the NGIS production environment will be unavailable during this timeframe.
