We would like to inform you of a planned release being deployed for CloudOS.
SW 6.10 Walnut Release will be deployed on Thursday, 22 October 2026 between 09:00 (BST) and 18:00 (BST).
Please note that we cannot ensure the normal functionality of the CloudOS application during this time.
This release will include 2 new features, bug fixes and UX improvements for CloudOS. New features includes: Nextflow 26.04 Support -Users can run their pipelines with Nextflow 26.04.6, the latest Nextflow release, which adds support for newer DSL2 features. Customisable Session Storage -Users can choose between Automatic and Custom storage modes when setting up or resuming an interactive session, and set the exact size of the libraries, session data and mounted data volumes. This makes it easier to allocate more space for installed software or copied data, or reduce storage you don't need to save on costs.
