NGIS Production Environment: Switching Off New Case Dispatches to Congenica

Dear all,

We would like to inform you that, from 10:00 (GMT) on Monday, 2 November 2026, the function for sending new cases to Congenica will be disabled.

Therefore, after Monday, 2 November 2026:
- No new cases will be sent to Congenica.
- New cases will continue to be available through GEL's New Interpretation Browser.
- Existing cases already present in Congenica will remain accessible and should continue to be progressed towards completion and closure.
