Dear all,

We would like to inform you of planned infrastructure upgrades and a software release for Cancer DSS in the NGIS production environment. CDSSv6.10.0 will be released on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 from 17:00 (BST) to 21:00 (BST).

The CDSSv6.10.0 Release Note is now available in the 'GEL Release Documentation' folder in NHS Futures.

The main changes in the CDSSv6.10.0 release are:
-Providing the ability to add interpretation to TMB and MS plots and add these to the GTAB page
Bug fixes:
-Providing the ability to search un-domained genes
-To ensure the SV plot colour for Duplications is displayed correctly
-Updating the tooltip for PON flag

Please note that all applications in the NGIS production environment will be unavailable during this timeframe.
