Please note: - If you have any difficulties accessing NGIS IGV or CVA portals please delete your browser cache and try again. If the issues persist please contact the Genomics England Service Desk.
- As part of the Cancer Pipeline migration to a new workflow manager, changes have been introduced to file naming conventions. More information on the changes to file naming conventions in IGV and IP can be found in the 'Known issues' section in the Regulus Increment 1.1 Release Note.

Please note that the NGIS applications will be unavailable in the NGIS production environment during the advised timeframe.
