Dear all,

We would like to inform you of a planned software release for in the NGIS UAT environment. Sirius Increment 1.4 will be released on Thursday, 08 October 2026 from 10:00 (BST) to 14:00 (BST).

The Sirius Increment 1.4 Release Note is now available in the 'GEL Release Documentation' folder in NHS Futures.

The main changes in the release are:
- COSMIC ID will be removed from HTML and CSV outputs as part of the transition away from COSMIC resources within the pipeline.
- Remove mitochondrial accreditation exclusion in Statement of Limitations.

Please note that there is no impact to the NGIS production environment during this timeframe.
