We would like to inform you of a planned software release to Congenica in the NGIS UAT environment. Congenica version 4.0 will be released on Monday, 08 September 2025 from 10:00 (BST) to 18:00 (BST).
The Congenica 4.0 Release Notes are available in the Release Notes folder in NHS Futures.
The main changes in this release are: - Migration to Ensembl v109 and related database changes - Automated update of Gene Panels
Please note that Congenica in the NGIS UAT environment will be unavailable during the advised timeframe. There will be no impact to the production environment during this time. Posted on

Please note that the NGIS applications will be unavailable in the NGIS production environment during the advised timeframe.

This is a reminder that GEL will be deleting cases from Congenica on a regular basis. The cases that will be marked for deletion will be the ones that have been closed for 2 weeks in the Interpretation Portal, this is regardless of the amount of time that it has been in Congenica. Closed is defined as the report/summary of findings and exit questionnaire being completed by the user.
The next set of deletions will take place on the Thursday, 11 September 2025.
If you wish to keep a case in Congenica, we advise that you inform the Genomics England Service Desk at least 3 days in advance of the 2 week mark for your case. Posted on

The rnaseq_qc_metrics and transcriptome_file_paths_and_types tables in the 100K vs19 folder in the Research Labkey server, will be temporarily unavailable while we work on a data update.
Downtime: Wednesday, 11 September 2025 between 12:00 (BST) and 13:30 (BST).
You will be able to access the rest of the tables as per normal.
