We would like to inform you of a planned release being deployed for CloudOS.
SW 6.4 Elder Release will be deployed on Thursday, 30 April 2026 between 09:00 (BST) and 18:00 (BST).
Please note that we cannot ensure the normal functionality of the CloudOS application during this time.
This release will include 14 new features for CloudOS, including: - Revamped Navigation for Federated Data, Data Science and Advanced Analytics - Interactive Sessions through the Lifebit CLI - Linked Folders in Snapshots and RShiny Apps - Simplified Data Adding for Interactive Sessions - Expanded Nextflow Version Support - Deprecation of Community Tools
If you have any issues following this release, please let us know by raising a Service Desk ticket.

This is a reminder that GEL will be deleting cases from Congenica on a regular basis. The cases that will be marked for deletion will be the ones that have been closed for 2 weeks in the Interpretation Portal, this is regardless of the amount of time that it has been in Congenica. Closed is defined as the report/summary of findings and exit questionnaire being completed by the user.
The next set of deletions will take place on the Thursday, 11 June 2026.
If you wish to keep a case in Congenica, we advise that you inform the Genomics England Service Desk at least 3 days in advance of the 2 week mark for your case. Posted on
