Dear researchers,
We would like to inform you of a planned upgrade for Participant Explorer. The application will not be available during the maintenance period.
What's new: This upgrade will enable NHS-GMS participants to be looked-up and compared in the Participant Explorer tool. Further details will be provided at the time of the upgrade.
Maintenance period: The application will be unavailable Wednesday, 18 June 2025 from 09:00 (BST) to 12:00 (BST).
Once the upgrade is complete, you will be able to use the application as usual.
We apologise if this interrupts your work.

The Double Helix node will not be available on Wednesday, 18 June 2025 between 12:00 (BST) and 13:00 (BST). All users will not be able to use the login node during this time.
Please save, terminate (using the kill command) any interactive jobs, and logout from the login session prior to this maintenance window.
You may login and resubmit your interactive jobs after the window.
Please note: Jobs that are running or pending on the short, medium or long queues will remain unaffected.

NGIS Production Environment: Congenica Case Deletion - 19 June 2025 Jun 19, 2025 09:00-17:00 BST
Dear Congenica User,
This is a reminder that GEL will be deleting cases from Congenica on a regular basis. The cases that will be marked for deletion will be the ones that have been closed for 2 weeks in the Interpretation Portal, this is regardless of the amount of time that it has been in Congenica. Closed is defined as the report/summary of findings and exit questionnaire being completed by the user.
The next set of deletions will take place on the Thursday, 19 June 2025.
If you wish to keep a case in Congenica, we advise that you inform the Genomics England Service Desk at least 3 days in advance of the 2 week mark for your case.
